Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Tattooista. We hope you are happy with your subscription. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Refunds

To request a refund, email us at billing@nothingweird.agency within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Please include the email address associated with your account and proof of purchase so we can locate your subscription.

After receiving your request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the date of your request for us to process it. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
